Return and Refund Policy
We want you to have an excellent client experience. If ever you do not wish to continue a month-to-month arrangement with us, you may cancel at any time. Our client agreements for editing/support/hosting/SEO are month-to-month, and do not require a long-term commitment.
Custom website purchases can be cancelled for a full refund within 3 days of purchase by simply emailing your request to anyone at Simple Site Company. (You will receive an email from us before you sign up for a site. Reply to any of those. We are a small company; we will receive it.)
If you cancel your site before 24 monthly payments are made, you have no further obligation; domain names will be released without cost. After 24 monthly payments, rights to the site content convey to you; the site content then belongs to you and if you choose, you may host the site on your own server, whether or not you want to continue our client relationship.
We make every attempt to keep our pricing competitive and transparent. We will never use programming tricks to get you, for instance, to automatically sign up for a one year plan when a month-to-month plan may be preferred. Optional extras are clearly identified as such, and our business model is not geared around getting you to sign up for extra-cost options for us to remain profitable. Every effort is made that every client pays the same price for the same work, regardless of their budget.
